Prices: 

We try to insure all information on this site is correct and timely, however prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please mention Internet pricing when ordering products. We reserve the right to NOT sell a part if the printed price is in error  on the website or printed price sheet.

Payment details:
 
Payment can be made for online orders by American Express, Discover, Visa, Master Card & PayPal. Personal Checks, Money Orders will be accepted for phone orders only. Payments made by personal or company check will be held for 21 days for clearance before shipping. Payment for shipments over $300 outside the US must be sent via wire transfer. No C.O.D. shipments allowed.
 
Sales Tax:
 
Only orders shipped to Texas or picked up at our store in Texas will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax.

Returns:

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Special or custom orders, all electrical items, videos and publications are non-returnable. Once installed, parts or accessories of any kind cannot be returned to Collins Bros. (See Warranty Policy ).

Please realize that you are responsible when you order the wrong part, change your mind, or have other obvious ordering errors. Even in these instances, Collins Bros will work with you to accommodate a refund. In order to avoid charging the expense of this return procedure to all our customers (i.e., higher prices), we do ask that your decision to return be made promptly to insure “no hassle” for you or for us. To insure that everyone is treated fairly, no exceptions can be allowed. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible. Please follow the simple steps below should a return be necessary.

Returns must be pre-approved by issuance of a return authorization.  RMA# Please call , write or e-mail for authorization.  Returns must be made freight pre-paid unless we make exceptions for defects or and/or mis-shipments.  Freight is non-refundable.   New part returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge. All returns must be in new, non-installed and in original cartons. Installed parts will not be accepted.

NO Used part returns.

No Returns after 30 days. No Returns on electrical parts, printed matter,  Special Order Parts or Decals.

Body kits, body tubs, windshield frames, body parts (hoods, side and floor panels, etc.) and hard tops are sold “AS IS” by Collins Bros. These types of merchandise can not be returned  for credit. All the freight damages are also the responsibility of the buyer. We will be glad to use your selected carrier (freight collect only) instead of our choice of carriers. All freight issues should be handled by the freight carriers directly. Credit will not be issued for merchandise or freight charges if shipment is refused

 

Damaged Freight:

All orders are carefully packed prior to shipping, however, mishandling by the carrier can result in damage. The carrier has the responsibility for the shipment from the time that it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to you, therefore all shipments should be inspected at time of delivery. Packages that have obvious damage should be refused (except body tubs, body kits, and body panels and hard tops - see return policy for information about these parts). Only if the package is refused can Collins Bros file a claim. If a damaged package is left on your doorstep and was not signed for, you can contact the carrier to pick it back up because you didn't officially accept it in your absence. If you do accept a package from the carrier that has obvious damage and find that the contents are also damaged, it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the applicable carrier. Please call the following numbers to report damaged shipment: UPS: 800-PICK-UPS; Fed Ex: 800-GO-FEDEX; Truck Freight, the phone number listed on the carrier's bill of lading.


Typos & Term Changes:

Changes to Our Terms: Collins Bros reserves the right to modify, add, or remove our terms of use at any time without prior notice. While we strive for perfection, sometimes typos do happen and we apologize in advance for those, however we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for product(s) listed at an incorrect price regardless of the status of the order.

All manufacturers' names, numbers, symbols and descriptions are used for reference purposes only, and it is not implied that any part listed is the product approved by any of these manufacturers. Jeep, CJ, YJ, TJ, JK, XJ, ZJ, KJ, WJ, SJ, Cherokee, Jeepster, Wrangler, Scrambler, Sahara, Laredo, Liberty and the Jeep grille design are registered trademarks of Jeep/Chrysler.

The Seller, Collins Bros., hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Collins Bros. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.
