1985 Jeep CJ-8 Scrambler SLR Scrambler
Laredo in factory Black. THE HOLY GRAIL of Scramblers and considered to be
the ultimate 76-86 CJ by most Jeep aficionados, 1 of 2015 85s built. There
were not any built in 1986. Approximately 50% were exported. We believe that
there are less than 400 85 CJ-8s in existence, approximately 200 were SLR
packages the top of the line most expensive CJ ever offered. Approximately
20 were Black and few in existence. This real 85 Black SLR Scrambler has
been with the same owner since 1986. 101k actual miles,
6 cyl., T-5, tilt, PS, PB, Factory Hard Top and Doors, 20 gallon gas tank,
runs and drives but needs a total restoration. Colorado Jeep with Colorado
body rust, frame is still straight and solid, all the body repair panels are
available. This jeep deserves and needs a total restoration. Rare

1984 Jeep CJ-8 Scrambler 1 of only 4130
built, approximately 1200 were exported, 2930 for US market. We believe
less than half have survived and a low percentage of them are black.
Rare find Black/Black Factory Hard Top and Doors, black interior, black
spray-liner, nice recent black base coat clear coat paint on a solid
Texas Jeep. New Door panels, dash pad, gauge surround bezel, 729j
Americana mats. Good 6 year old Bestop seats, factory center console, 6
cyl., T-176 4 speed, PS, EMPI Carburetor, A/C, Black Double Tube Bumpers
front and rear, nerf bar side steps, Alloy Wheels. Clean well
